Ian Robinson, Managing Director
Ian is the Owner/Manager of Morley Motorcycle and Marine, Ian has been with the business since 1990 and owner Manager from 1993, taking over from Barry Morley. Ian is a keen fisherman and diver. He is also pretty handy with the welder, which the rest of us make use of, getting him to build anything from elaborate motorcycle stands to footpegs on Tiff's bucket bike.

Gini Van Dyke, Office Administrator
Gini has been with Morley's since June 2002, keeping the boss on track and the rest of us in line. There is never a dull moment when Gini is around. When she's not at work, Gini is busy creating sculptures and learning how to use the welder and other electrical tools, watch out "real woman at work", she also enjoys fishing and a good glass of wine!

Jeff Duncan, Sales / Service
Jeff has been with the company for 16 years, formally a mechanic in the workshop, Jeff moved into Sales three years ago. Along with sales Jeff carries out our On Farm Service work.
When he's not working, Jeff competes on his TRX450R, keeping him fit for riding the ZXR1200 powered Quad in the Race To The Sky.

Shane Henderson, Parts and Accessory Sales
Shane takes care of our parts and accessories department along with Brent. Shane has spent many years in the Automotive parts industry before making the switch to the Motorcycle and Marine Industry. He has a good knowledge of engines and componentry and a keen interest in road bikes, enjoying getting out on his Honda CBR1000F.

Paul Searancke, Workshop Co-ordinator
Paul handles the workshop bookings and also some of the on farm service work. Paul is a keen ATV rider, having raced various quads over the years along with his wife Heather, daughter Kate and son John. He owns and preps the ZX12R quad Jeff races in 'The Race to The Sky'.

Dean Fulton, Marine Technician
Dean Fulton, a name normally associated with motorcycles and Road Racing, is head of our marine department. He has a wide range of knowledge both on marine engines, Honda and Evinrude/Johnson along with Honda Aquatrax and of course - motorcycles.
Dean has been racing motorbikes since he was 11. He has competed in many aspects of motorcycle racing, best known in road racing, where his smooth style and speed saw him win both the NZ National Supersport Title in 1995 on a CBR600 and the 1999 NZ National Superbike Title on a Kawasaki ZX750. For the 2004/05 Season, Dean switched to the Honda CBR1000RR riding in the Honda Red Riding Team alongside team-mate Jared Love.
Dean is also a keen cyclist, competing in local and National races on both his Mountain Bike and Road Cycle.

Simon Routledge, Workshop Foreman
Simon, seen here sporting our customised ATV helmet, has been with Morley's for the past 15 years. He is an A-Grade Motorcycle Mechanic. Simon races cross-country and some motocross on a CRF250R. Simon completed the ISDE in 2006 & received a bronze medal. It was tough and at times he thought he'd chances to finish may have gone, like when he holed the crankcase, but with a bit of Kiwi ingenuity and a good support crew, Simon made it through and rates it as one of those " once in a life-time experiences."

Richard East, Motorcycle Technician
Richard shifted to Nelson in 2004 from the Coromandel. He has many years experience in the motorcycle industry from grass roots mechanic to Service Manager Roles. Richard has a wealth of knowledge and experience on all types of motorbikes from the Japanese market Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki through to other makes like KTM to name a few.
Richard raced cross-country competively until 2005, his last racing achievement being 3rd in the Vets class in the 2005 South Island Cross-country Champs.

Ryan Soper, Apprentice Motorcycle Technician
Ryan has now started his apprenticeship as a Motorcycle Technician. He rides a Honda CRF450R, trading up from his RM125. Ryan is a keen sports person, playing a variety of social sports, he enjoys the odd.. beer and keeps the rest of us amused with his good sense of humour.

Ben Mister, Workshop Hand / Bike Groomer
Ben is a keen motorcyclist having started riding when he was 12 after shifting from the UK and discovering motorcycles. He currently owns a Suzuki RM250 and a Honda XR200.
